The Coteau Moliere is a private gated "domaine" consisting of holiday and year round residences for many nationalities - French, English, Dutch and Irish. It features a communal swimming pool open from May to September each year. It's located at the edge of the medieval town of Pezenas (pop 9,000), and is a pleasant 10 minute stroll to the heart of the "old quarter".
Our house has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the town itself, and the house is well located towards the front of the complex and near the pool. The house is perfectly equippped to deal with travelling light on a budget airline that we've all had to get accustomed to!
It features 2 bedrooms, the master has a double bed, and the 2nd room has a triple bunk with a full double bed below and single above. The bathroom is modern and well equipped with bath and shower.
Downstairs, there's a toilet, well-equippped kitchen with hob, convector oven & microwave, washing machine, and finally, a spacious living room leading out via french doors to a large terrasse.
With lovely countryside views, dining table set and sun loungers, complete with a parasol to keep you well shaded from the Mediterranean sun, you may find that you spend most of your time outdoors enjoying this lovely space.
